Hart Grabs PR Reliever of the Year Award Sunday, September 25th, 2039 He may only be 20, but Ray Hart of the Surprise Shockers has already established himself as one of the elite relievers in the USPL Rookie. The reliever was today named the PR Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2039. He won the award with a strong year that saw him put up 1 save in 25 relief appearances and 77 strikeouts in 54 innings. He had a record of 3-1 to go with his 1.50 ERA. He received 9 first place votes out of a possible 10. Héctor Sanz of the Crowley Cajuns finished second in voting, while Mang Zhong of the Fort Knox Centennial finished third with 1 first place vote.
