Rhinos Hurler Named PR's Best Starter Thursday, September 1st, 2039 Josuke Okumura has made fans throughout USPL Rookie take notice over the past month with an exceptional 3-0 record. No pitcher in the USPL Rookie threw better in August, garnering him the Pitcher of the Month award today. In 6 starts Okumura compiled a 2.23 ERA, putting up a 3-0 record, striking out 59 and tossing 40.1 innings. This year Okumura has fashioned a 12-3 mark, 2.82 ERA and pitched 140.2 innings. Opposing clubs are batting .243 against him and he has logged 185 strikeouts. |
