Moran, Cambeiro Suspended for Fracas Sunday, August 29th, 2038 Rocky Moran of the Fort Knox Centennial and Jorge Cambeiro of the Memphis Music received notification from the league commissioner's office that they had been suspended for 3 and 7 games respectively for their part in the on-field ruckus in a recent game at Ballpark of Baxter. Thus far this season in 76 games Moran is batting .281 with 4 home runs, 33 RBIs and 37 runs scored. He has 83 hits in 295 at-bats. Cambeiro has taken the hill for 34 relief appearances this season, nailing down no saves while notching a 3-2 record with a 4.98 ERA. The Memphis reliever has limited opposing batters to a .271 batting average. |
