Injury Sidelines Kenneth Knapp for Season Saturday, July 2nd, 2039 A blow for Kenneth Knapp today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 7-8 months with shoulder inflammation. Knapp suffered the injury throwing a pitch. Although officials from the Valley View Cougars are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Knapp's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. Thus far this season, Knapp has worked 62.2 innings with 66 strikeouts en route to a 2-6 record and a 4.74 ERA. |
