Great Year Gets Bunschoten PAA Outstanding Hitter Award Saturday, October 8th, 2039 The manager of the Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks said he thinks Christiaan Bunschoten is only going to get better as he gets older. He may only be 20, but it will be hard to top the third baseman's 2039 campaign, as he has been named the winner of the USPL Double A Outstanding Hitter Award. His winning campaign featured a .326 batting average and a .404 on-base percentage this year. In 94 games he piled up 122 hits, 29 doubles, 1 triple, 16 home runs, 56 RBIs and 64 runs scored. He received 7 first place votes out of a possible 10. Maxence Sultanbekov of the Mercer Island Screaming Eagles finished second in voting with 2 first place votes, while Justin Forbes of the Ft.
