Walker Pitches Shutout Monday, August 8th, 2039 Noah Walker scattered 5 hits over 9 innings, going the distance in the 11-0 Mercer Island Screaming Eagles victory over the Lake Minnetonka Love Boats at Mercer Island Grounds. The 24-year-old Walker whiffed 5 and allowed 1 walk in the game. "Not perfect today, but I'll definitely take it," Walker said later. "I made a couple mistakes but thankfully they didn't get all of them and the guys behind me cleaned things up." This year Walker has gone 4-5 with an ERA of 2.96 and has 46 strikeouts in 70 innings.
