Seb Blanch Picked 3AA's Best Player
Monday, October 10th, 2039
He may have less experience than most of his M3L Double A peers, but that didn't slow Seb Blanch down at all in 2039.
At the age of 23, the Biloxi left fielder has been named the winner of the M3L Double A Outstanding Hitter Award.
He had a .317 batting average and a .428 on-base percentage this year. In 102 games he piled up 118 hits, 26 doubles, 1 triple, 22 home runs, 75 RBIs and 61 runs scored.
"I'm blown away by the season I was able to put together," he said. "I'm looking forward to trying to do it all again next year."
He received 12 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Philip Todd of the San Antonio BC finished second in voting, while Matt Dunlap of the Marquette Miners finished third.
