Dunlap Selected Top Player Monday, August 15th, 2039 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the M3L Double A, but last week Matt Dunlap of the Marquette Miners reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Dunlap rocked opposing pitching for a .421 average (8-for-19), 3 home runs and 5 RBIs to come away with the award. This season Dunlap has hit at a .336 clip with 34 RBIs, 10 home runs and 30 runs scored. |
