Red-Hot Morán 3AA Player of the Week Monday, August 8th, 2039 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the M3L Double A, but last week Sergio Morán of the Marquette Miners reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Morán rocked opposing pitching for a .600 average (6-for-10), 2 home runs and 4 RBIs to come away with the award. Presently Morán is batting .277 with 65 hits and 9 home runs. He has knocked in 43 runs and scored 33 times. |
