Kumpf Grabs SAAA Top Pitcher Trophy Saturday, October 1st, 2039 Jerry Kumpf is at the zenith of his career and today he was selected as the USSL Triple A Pitcher of the Month for September. He made no relief appearances for Port Royal last month, throwing 19.1 innings and collecting no saves, a 3-0 record, 11 strikeouts and a 2.33 ERA. In his 54-game career Kumpf has been credited with 17 wins, 10 losses and 0 saves. His ERA stands at 4.14, and he has fired third strikes past 188 batters in 269.2 innings while giving up 97 walks. |
