Reliever Snags PAAA Top Hurler Trophy Saturday, October 1st, 2039 Any time a rookie makes a splash on the scene, it's got to be great for his career potential. Just ask Ales Kretky, who put together a stellar month out of the pen. The Scranton Supernovas closer, 22, kept the opposition off balance all month as he held them to a .160 average and walked away with the USPL Triple A Pitcher of the Month award for September. Kretky posted a 2-0 mark and a 0.00 ERA in 5 relief appearances. In 7.1 innings, he had 2 saves, 8 strikeouts, and 2 walks. |
