August's 3AAA Top Pitcher is Red Pandas Uribe Thursday, September 1st, 2039 "The kid had it all working last month," a veteran teammate told reporters. "He keeps up those kind of numbers, we might have to start inviting him out with us after the games." Ignacio Uribe put together a very solid month to take home the M3L Triple A's top pitching honor in August. The 25-year-old reliever threw like a veteran. In 5 relief appearances he raked in 1 save and 25 strikeouts in 25.1 innings as he put together his 3-0 record and 1.42 ERA. To date in the season, Uribe is 3-0 with 9 relief appearances and 2 saves. He has held opposing batters to a .168 average, pitched 31.2 innings, struck out 30 and walked 19 while recording a 1.42 ERA. |
