Tuesday, July 19th, 2039
"Dave Hulton will never play baseball again." Those were the words of his doctors. Hulton, the Dogfish Head reliever, sustained a career-ending injury in yesterday's Milton-Hamilton game at Coyote Wildlife Refuge. He suffered a torn rotator cuff. It happened throwing a pitch.
This season Hulton has claimed no saves and registered a 0-0 record with a 5.28 ERA. He has 11 relief appearances spanning 15.1 innings and has struck out 12.
