Mississippi Mockingbirds Sold to Bob Horne Tuesday, October 25th, 2039 As expected, Menard's Third League owners gave their stamp of approval to the sale of the Mississippi Mockingbirds. Bob Horne, a noted technologist, purchased the team from Nick Mendoza. Terms were not disclosed. Horne made a promise to Mockingbirds fans everywhere at his introductory press conference.
