Otero Tames Rocketeers Tuesday, September 20th, 2039 Jorge Otero scattered 4 hits over 9 innings, going the distance in the 5-0 Mississippi Mockingbirds victory over the Seattle Rocketeers at Magnolia Park. The 32-year-old Otero whiffed 11 and allowed no walks in the game. "Not perfect today, but I'll definitely take it," Otero said later. "I made a couple mistakes but thankfully they didn't get all of them and the guys behind me cleaned things up." This season Otero has compiled a 11-4 mark with a 2.18 ERA in 22 starts.
