Haberdash Grabs SL Reliever of the Year Award Friday, November 4th, 2039 Woodward Haberdash was dominant and cool under pressure this year, and his standout performance has earned the Buffalo White Walkers closer recognition as the 2039 United States Silver League Reliever of the Year Award. "I was just doing my job, and my job is to get people out," said the 28-year-old out of Novato, California. The award winner made 45 relief appearances this year and had 27 saves. He fanned 64 batters in 54 innings, with 18 walks. He pitched to a record of 4 wins and 3 losses to go with his 2.33 ERA. Paco Salazar of the Charleston Battery finished second in voting, while Denie Ulderink of the St. Louis Coeur finished third. |
