USPL Single A Top Pitcher Selected Sunday, September 25th, 2039 Carlos Poujol had a sensational 2039 season in the USPL Single A. The Chicago pitching machine has been proclaimed this year's Outstanding Pitcher Award recipient. This season Poujol starred with a 14-1 record. In 20 starts he gave up 78 base hits and struck out 160 in 112.2 innings with a 2.24 ERA. He received 9 first place votes out of a possible 10.
