Blaze King to Miss Year
Tuesday, August 23rd, 2039
The season is ending on a bad note for Greg King, starting pitcher for the South Beach Blaze. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. King was hurt against the Walla Walla Walleye while throwing a pitch. He suffered a torn ulnar collateral ligament and will be out for at least 14 months.

King has a 2-5 season record so far. In 13 starts, he has fanned 51 batters in 55.2 innings with a 5.82 ERA.
