SA's Top Player, Núñez of Lake Erie Monday, August 15th, 2039 When it came to hitting the baseball, Juan Núñez had few peers in the USSL Single A this past week. The talented right fielder for Lake Erie tagged opposing pitchers for a .455 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 10 hits in 22 at-bats, 1 homers, 4 runs scored and 8 RBIs. Núñez has a .272 average and a .347 on-base percentage for the year.
