Hansen Gone for Season in Laredo Tuesday, July 5th, 2039 Playoff hopes of Hawks player Brandon Hansen have been dealt a blow today after tests revealed the reliever suffered a torn ulnar collateral ligament throwing a pitch in today's game against Lake Erie Arryns. Hansen is expected to miss up to 11 months, effectively ruling him out of the playoffs. So far this year Hansen has delivered no saves. In 10 relief appearances he has 16 strikeouts in 18.1 innings with a 3.44 ERA and 1 win and no losses. |
