Idaho Falls Chukars Win Top Spot in Menard's A Thursday, September 1st, 2039 The Idaho Falls Chukars are champions of the Menard's A, but don't plan the parade quite yet. "It's a nice accomplishment, but we haven't done anything until we win the 3L A Championship," said shortstop Ángel Saelices. "We're going to celebrate this for sure, but the real celebration is still to come for fans in Idaho Falls." The club's record currently sits at 60-30. It is the team's 3rd division title and they will be seeking the franchise's 3rd M3L Single A championship. Team manager Sherwood Baker said he'll take some time to celebrate the division title, but then it's "back to work" for members of the team and coaching staff. |
