Liang Tames Smokies 11-3, 15 Ks Monday, July 25th, 2039 Idaho Falls Chukars starter Zuo-lin Liang brought his best stuff to Idaho Falls Park today against the Tennessee Smokies, striking out 15 batters in his club's 11-3 victory. In a strong performance, the 21-year-old Liang gave up 5 hits in his 7 innings of work and issued 1 walk. "I felt good out there," he said after the game. "My fastball had a lot of life and my changeup was sharp. It was giving hitters fits and working well for me."
