3A Player of the Week Named Monday, July 4th, 2039 So far in his young career, Frank Morris has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the M3L Single A in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 24-year-old Columbia River Rats right fielder hit at a torrid .467 clip as he collected 7 hits in 15 at-bats, 2 home runs, 3 RBIs and 4 runs scored. So far this season Morris has 8 home runs and a .291 batting average. |
