Charleston relied on the hitting of Datu Lesaca to pick up the win. The second baseman ripped a run-scoring triple in the top of the 18th inning to put the Battery on top, 5-4. For the game, Lesaca had 2 triples and 1 single in 8 at-bats.
In postgame comments, Lesaca said, "I think we gave the fans their money's worth."
