The Buffalo White Walkers relied on the hitting of right fielder Jorge Herrera to stop the Oakland Oaks, 5-3. For the game, Herrera hit 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. Buffalo leads the Silver League by 5 games.

"I just try to go out and give it 100 percent every game," Herrera told a local reporter after the game. "That's my mantra, and like today, it will pay off more often than not."
