Victory Over Palladium Sox Takes Ft. Polk South to 55-17
Despite a fine performance by first baseman Seung-hwan Pak, the Virginia Palladium Sox suffered a 6-4 loss to the Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks. Pak belted 2 home runs. The Thunder Hawks own a robust 55-17 mark.

Raúl Colomo had a big run-scoring single for the Thunder Hawks in the top of the sixth inning. With Ft. Polk South leading 4-2 and the bases loaded, he got a changeup from Billy Sipple and stroked the single to center. It was his 52nd hit of the season, and more importantly, it put the Thunder Hawks ahead, 5-2.

"Every win gets us closer to our ultimate goal," said Colomo.
