Greenport rode a decent outing from starter Alfredo Molina to victory over the Montgomery Biscuits at Ballpark of Robbins. The final score was 4-3. Greenport reliever Félix Ortíz picked up the win, bumping his record to 3-1. Carroll Woodard was collared with the loss. Greenport improves to 59-29 with the win. They lead their division by 6˝ games.
Koryusai Ohayashi was the walk-off hero for Greenport. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Harbor Whales center fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
"I like the grit of this ballclub," Ohayashi said.
