The Montgomery Biscuits topped the Germantown Uruguayans, 9-2, with youngster Habib Othman playing a key role. Othman went 2-3 with 2 singles and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for the Biscuits in the win. The Biscuits improve their record to 28-34 with the win over Germantown.

Othman had a key at-bat for Montgomery early in the game. With the bases loaded, he hit a 2-run single. It was his 49th hit of the season and gave Montgomery an early 2-0 lead.

"The boys were really swinging the bats today," winning manager Félix Cruz said.
