Middleton Delivers Walk-Off Win for Biscuits
The Montgomery Biscuits stopped the Capital Hill Interns, 8-7, at Montgomery Riverwalk Stadium. The Biscuits got a big game from Randy Moore, who went 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3. The Biscuits saw their win-loss record go to 18-21. At the same time, the Interns fell to 22-17.

In the bottom of the ninth, with two out and the game tied, 7-7, designated hitter Jason Middleton won it for Montgomery. With the bases loaded, Middleton hit a 0-1 slider from Ricky Mina for a run-scoring single, giving his team a 8-7 win.

"We'll relax tonight and get back after it tomorrow," Middleton said after the game.
