Conditions were not ideal but Montgomery and Capital Hill were able to put their game in the books.
The Montgomery Biscuits got a good effort from starter Richard Nudelman in defeating the Capital Hill Interns at Montgomery Riverwalk Stadium. The final score was 3-2. Montgomery is in 8th place in the Menard's R with a record of 17-21.
Montgomery took a 3-2 lead in the bottom of the eighth inning. With two out, pinch hitter Lorenzo Gaona hit a 2-run home run that aroused the crowd.
"I had a good game," said Nudelman. "Winning makes it even better."
