The Maine Sea Dogs picked up a win at Dodge Field, knocking off the Twinsburg Tigers, 3-0. Starting pitcher Geoffrey Washington was an essential part of his team's success. Maine has an impressive 25-11 record.
In the top of the sixth, with Maine leading 1-0, right fielder Mike Minor hit a run-scoring single. The hit came off Eddie de Vlaming and put the Sea Dogs ahead, 2-0.
