The Snowpeople faced a stiff challenge from Quebec City pitcher John Stevens, but persevered to claim a win at The Igloo. The final score was 4-1. Stevens went 6 innings and allowed no earned runs. Jong-beom Park was called on to finish, recording his 4th save. The Snowpeople move to 24-17 with the win, while the Baby Blues drop to 19-22.

Ellesmere Island took a 2-1 lead on Francisco Rocha's 43rd hit of the season. The run-scoring single, which Rocha hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Quebec City pitcher Patrick Le Gall visibly frustrated.

"Win or lose, we pick each other up in this clubhouse," Rocha told the Ellesmere Island News.
