The Northern Virginia Rainbow Mermaids and New Orleans Voodoo played an exciting game at The Voodoo Lounge.
Northern Virginia right-hander Ricardo García made an effective start against the New Orleans Voodoo at The Voodoo Lounge, leading his team to a 4-2 win. García got the win, improving to 8-3. He allowed 7 hits and walked 0 over 8.1 innings. García allowed 2 earned runs. Yoriyoshi Sugimoto, credited with the save, is now 8 for 8 in save opportunities.
