Chukars Get Win, Extend Streak to 4
|
Idaho Falls pitcher Zuo-lin Liang did his part in helping his team beat the Louisiana Dragoons, 6-3. The right-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. Liang got the win, improving to 6-1. He allowed 6 hits and walked 1 over 6 innings. Liang allowed 3 earned runs. Ryan Neal got credit for the save for Idaho Falls. It was his 4th of the year.
Greg Ge made an early impact for Idaho Falls when he stroked his 15th hit of the season. The 2-run single, which came with two out in the bottom of the third, put the Chukars on top, 3-0.
"The vibe's good," said Idaho Falls manager Sherwood Baker. "We've got to keep it going."
