Love Boats Knock Off Continentals at Chesapeake Grounds

Lake Minnetonka catcher Celio Guimaraens made his presence felt in the 7-5 Love Boats triumph over the Chesapeake Continentals. Guimaraens was 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs. Lake Minnetonka is 5th in the Premier AA with a record of 21-23.
Lake Minnetonka used the timely hitting of Tso-lin Shuo to seize the win. The left fielder stroked a 2-run single in the top of the fifth inning to put the Love Boats on top, 6-5. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.
"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Shuo. "And not try to do too much."
