Grasshoppers Pull Even With 9-0 Victory
San Bernardino starter José Rodríguez put a stranglehold on the Lake Minnetonka offense. The right-hander had complete command of his curveball in leading the Grasshoppers to a 9-0 win. The Grasshoppers now own a record of 15-15.

With San Bernardino leading 2-0 in the bottom of the second, John Birges hit a 2-run triple off Lake Minnetonka pitcher Carlos López. It put the Grasshoppers ahead 4-0.

"We'll enjoy this win for now, but it's just one," Birges told local reporters. "We've got to keep it going."
