Cédric Causse led Asheville to a win over Billings. The final score was 9-3. Causse collected 2 runs batted in, while going 2 for 3 at the plate. The right fielder also scored 2 times. Asheville used the timely hitting of Tony Castellanos to seize the win. The second baseman stroked a 2-run single in the top of the fifth inning to put the Highlanders on top, 3-0. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.
