The Boston Patriots topped the Hollywood Shredders, 9-2, in United States Premier League action at Dunkin Donuts Park. The player of the game was Boston first baseman Juan Andrés Martí. Today's win puts Boston at 37-44, while Hollywood falls to 52-29.

Martí came through with some timely hitting for Boston. With the score 2-0 in the bottom of the third and two down, Martí hit a first pitch changeup for a 2-run double. His 3rd double of the season made it 4-0, Boston.

"Feels good to get the job done," Martí said after the game.
