Victory Over Patriots Takes Hollywood to 52-27
Hollywood Shredders starter Jesús Vidro turned in a top-notch performance against the Boston Patriots at Dunkin Donuts Park. The result was a win for the Shredders, 12-2. Vidro, the winner, moves to 10-4. He threw 7 innings of 4-hit ball, while fanning 6 and giving up 1 walk. This win makes it 6 in a row for Hollywood.

Hollywood used the timely hitting of Divine Diablo to capture the win. The catcher socked a 2-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the Shredders ahead, 4-2. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a big one.

"I like our moxie," said Shredders manager Bill Cheese.
