Abe Helps Browns Run Win Streak to 4
|
The Cleveland Browns topped the Panama City Piranhas, 4-2, with right fielder Sadatake Abe playing a big role. Abe went 2 for 3 with 2 home runs and a walk, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 2 for the Browns in the win. The 5th-place Browns have won 4 consecutive games.
Abe had a big at-bat with the bases empty in the bottom of the sixth inning, when he hit a solo home run. The Browns went on to win.
"It was just a matter of executing," said Cleveland manager Greg Diersing.
