Knights Bang Out 6-2 Win Versus Panama City
|
Kingston Township left-hander Pete Rhue pitched his team to victory over the Panama City Piranhas at The Tank. The final score was 6-2. The Knights sit in 10th place in the Third League with a record of 21-27.
Daniel Maldonado drew 2 walks for Kingston Township. The 34-year old shortstop had a key at-bat in the top of the fourth. With two out and the bases loaded, he broke a 2-2 tie with a run-scoring walk off Harry Stuterberg. It was his 13th walk of the season.
"We'll grab a cold one tonight and go after another win tomorrow," Maldonado said.
