Plymouth rode a fine outing from starter Jesús Fernández to victory over the Alloway Halberds at Plymouth Quarry. The final score was 3-2. Reliever Brian Guilbert picked up the win. His record improves to 5-1. Bob Bolen took the loss. Marcel Bloemheuvel recorded his 7th save for Plymouth.

Javier Murillo helped out the Plymouth cause in the bottom of the seventh inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the pinch hitter went 1 for 1.

"I just tried to attack the bottom of the zone," Fernández said.

The Rocks own a robust 50-25 mark.
