Fog Win at Alloway, 3-1
|
The Sunset District Fog got a stellar performance from pitcher Manny Burgos, who handcuffed the Alloway offense en route to a 3-1 win at Ballpark of Alloway. Sunset District now owns a record of 37-29.
The Fog got a clutch hit from Miguel Pacheco with one out in the top of the seventh inning. Pacheco jumped on a first pitch cutter from Érico Laborde and hit a single, staking his club to a 2-1 lead.
"It was a solid team effort," said Burgos after the game.
