Pitcher Cisco Pérez was sensational for the Tortolita Drummers in his team's 8-1 triumph over the Alloway Halberds. Pérez received player of the game honors, while picking up the win. Pérez went 6.1 innings to notch the win. He scattered 3 hits, walked 2, and struck out 9. His record improves to 6-1. The Drummers have an impressive 36-23 record.

In the bottom of the third, Augusto Encarnación hit a grand slam home run for Tortolita. The 5th home run of the season for the Tortolita designated hitter put the Drummers on top, 4-0.
