Brinkley second baseman John Clark was instrumental in his team's 6-5 win over the Calgary Lynx. Clark, who is tied for 3rd in the PAAA in doubles with 23, went 2-4 with 2 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Belugas. Rainer Polonius got credit for the win, improving to 2-0. He allowed no runs on no hits in 2 innings. Brinkley is third in the Premier AAA with a record of 50-46.

Lawrence Stokes was vital part of the Brinkley win. He was 1 for 3 with a walk. In the bottom of the fourth with no one out, Stokes hit a run-scoring single. It made the score 3-2, in favor of the Belugas.

"It's nice to come out on top today," said Clark.
