Norris has 3 hit night as Supernovas Squeeze Past Texas
The Scranton Supernovas trumped the Texas Bronze Sox, 8-7, at Nuclear Stadium. Scranton right fielder Ken Norris was named player of the game for his performance. He was 3 for 5 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 runs and drove in 4. Scranton reliever Félix Aluonado got the win, raising his record to 4-3. Manuel Torres was tagged with the loss. Scranton has now won 6 straight, while the Bronze Sox have lost 3 in a row.

Norris contributed a big hit, a grand slam home run, for Scranton in the bottom of the eighth. With his team trailing 7-4, Norris took a curveball from Manuel Torres and stroked the home run to right. His 1st home run of the season allowed the Supernovas to leap in front, 8-7.
