Port Royal Disaster starter Dean Cross turned in a top-notch performance against the Alloway Halberds at Ballpark of Alloway. The result was a win for the Disaster, 12-2. Port Royal is now 2-1.

The result might have been different for Port Royal, had it not been for Louie Kennard, the 25-year old right fielder . Kennard stroked a 2-run single in the top of the first inning to put Port Royal up, 3-0. For the game, he had 1 double and 1 single in 5 at-bats.
