The Bakersfield Nobles beat the Brinkley Belugas, 13-1, at Belugas Ballpark. Bakersfield catcher Corey Ollerton earned player of the game honors with an outstanding performance. He was 4 for 5 with 4 singles. He drove in 6 runs and scored once. Bakersfield improves to 52-27 with the win. They lead their division by 7 games.

Bakersfield used the timely hitting of Cam MacIntosh to seize the win. The shortstop stroked a 2-run single in the top of the second inning to put the Nobles on top, 3-0. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.
