Calgary and Scranton duked it out at Nuclear Stadium and the Lynx came out victorious.

Calgary Lynx starter Ids Knegt was definitely locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Scranton Supernovas, 5-2. Ángel Flores notched his 7th save in 9 chances.

Calgary used the bat of Sergio Cruz to get the win. The pinch hitter hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the Lynx ahead, 3-2. It was his lone hit in 1 at-bat, but it did its damage.

"We'll grab a cold one tonight and go after another win tomorrow," Knegt said.

After today's action, Calgary sits at 37-30, while Scranton falls to 28-39.
