Longnecks Deal Nobles 7-3 Setback
The Bloomington Longnecks topped the Bakersfield Nobles, 7-3, with shortstop Onye Mahusay playing a big role. Mahusay was 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 3 runs for the Longnecks in the win. Bloomington now sits in 6th place in the Premier AAA at 33-32.

Bloomington took a 4-2 lead on Mahusay's 1st home run of the season. The solo home run, which he hit off Pavle Simic in the bottom of the sixth, propelled Bloomington to the win.

Mahusay told the Bloomington Observer: "I don't know which I enjoy more -- being a ballplayer or the perks that come with being a ballplayer."
